So..... GuitarNutz the shop has closed but I am still at it-
I'm now semi-retired, doing what I love, repairs, mods setups, etc at River City Guitars 11521 Midlothian Turnpike suite "G"
Guitar nut Patrick Verdi opened this new local guitar shop stocked with a great variety of guitars, amps and gear so come on down and check us out!

It doesn’t matter how long you have been playing the guitar, if it has been 2 months, 2 years or 20 years. What matters is, if it is still FUN!
A guitar is designed and built with precision; fret height, fingerboard radius, scale length, string height, etc. all contribute to the "playability" of the instrument. When these components get out of adjustment or just wear out, its hard to play, it doesn't sound good-its just not fun anymore.
So the question is: Don’t you hate it when your guitar is “resisting’ you? You know, its not responsive to your input. Maybe the tone is kind of shallow or it could be that some notes just “fret out” or are dull, they don’t ring, they don’t sing. Its not how a guitar should act!!
I am here to help.
My name is Hector Trevino and I am “the guitar guy”, guitar tech, luthier, whatever you want to call me, I just love to make guitars sing!
